This place makes amazing authentic Indian dishes. I wasn’t a fan of Indian food until I tried the food here. It was so good I returned the next day to try more dishes. My top recommendation: 1. Butter Chicken 10/10 - must try 2. Garlic naan bread 3. All the lamb dishes

Just visited Ginger Fusion and this place is an absolute gem in Lynden’s food scene. If you’re looking for Indian fusion cuisine in Lynden WA, this is a must visit. The restaurant features a modern design with a separate bar area, making it perfect whether you’re dining in or catching a game with a drink. We ordered the Veggie Biryani, Bhindi (okra) curry, and prawn curry, all at spice level 5/5—and they delivered a bold, authentic kick. The flavors are rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced if you enjoy spicy Indian food. The Butter Chicken Spaghetti is a standout fusion dish unique, flavorful, and surprisingly addictive. Service was excellent from start to finish attentive, friendly, and fast. They also offer great vegetarian options, making it ideal for mixed dietary preferences. The bar side is a great spot for cold drinks, cocktails, and watching sports, especially on Thursday nights when the bartender brings top-tier energy and service. If you’re searching for the best Indian restaurant in Lynden WA, fusion food near Bender Road, or a great local bar and grill experience, Ginger Fusion checks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Last night was our 2nd time trying Ginger Fusion and it was amazing- we got the chicken biryani (spice 3) and butter chicken (spice 4). Last night it was hotter than the time before so we may stick to level 3. The food was very flavorful and fresh.

A wonderful experience for couples and families. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Their aim is to please and they do not disappoint. The food was amazing and the portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you take into account the quality and service. We had a wonderful time and I cannot recommend the lamb chops enough! Sooooooo good🤤.... However, beware the spice! A 1 was enough for me, but if you want heat, they've got it!

This place was absolutely amazing, don't let a fear of something new hold you back. The menu is expansive with something in it for everyone, and the food and drinks absolutely delicious. The interior is very tastefully done, classy, with large tables and booths and plenty of space between tables for a more intimate feel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. We're already planning our next trip back!

Tasty indian food including dosas and curry! Sit by the fountain or lounge at the bar. Their 1 to 5 spice level spans goes pretty steep. I like 2-3. And they have a bone in goat curry! Great find in Bellingham!

This East Indian restaurant is absolutely legit! The food is amazing and prepared exactly how I like! Prices are fair and portions are wonderful. The have options for lactose intolerant folks like my wife! To be honest, I see no reason to go up to Canada for Indian food! They even have dosa! 👍👍 and its awesome! They also have fusion dishes like curry with spaghetti, which we haven't tried but what we have, its all amazing!

This place has been beautifully redesigned interior. The service is excellent. The food is the best indian food I have ever had! I've traveled across the US. This new place in lynden takes the #1 across the board!. House made chicken samosas, absolutely flavor bomb with perfect crispy crust. I had the Afghani chicken, wonderful flavors, perfect cooked chicken. Chicken kadai made my new to Indian food partner fall in love!. Definitely should try!

WOW! If you have ever been curious about Indian food but are yet to try it.. well this is the place to go! We had the butter chicken (1/5 spice) and the lamb Vindaloo (3/5 spice) with the garlic Naan and like I said before.. WOW! Tonight we did takeout but when picking up the food the atmosphere inside was great as well. We love a good dim lighting and it was perfect in there. We will be dining in next time for sure and trying some new things.

I've had the pleasure of eating here multiple times now since they opened and every time my taste buds have been delighted. Their butter chicken is absolutely delicious, but my personal favorite is their malai kofta. I can't get enough <3 I haven't been disappointed with a single dish I've ordered so far. If you're a lover of Indian cuisine then you absolutely need to try Ginger Fusion.

We tried Ginger Fusion for the first time last night, and we’ll be back! Some of the best Indian food I've had outside of Canada. Warning: their butter chicken may be habit-forming. I'm almost upset I like it so much because it'll be difficult to try all the other dishes on the menu that sounded great, too! We just had our leftovers for lunch, and it's still delicious! 😆

We normally go over the border to Canada for good Indian food, but we don't have to any more! This restaurant has great food with amazing flavors. I say the as a person that used to live in India and really enjoy the country's food. Specifically, chicken 65, dal mahkni, and afgan chicken. The owner is very friendly, and the staff is awesome. We'll definitely be back... again and again!

This was the second time visiting this restaurant and we enjoyed the food very much. The service couldn't be better. Last night our server was Sara and she was a gem. She explained various menu items and was right on. We split the Afghani Chicken, Garlic Naan and Veggie Samosa appetizer. All were excellent choices. And will definitely go back again soon.

We came here for lunch, after hearing of this new restaurant. We have probably been to every East Indian restaurant in Whatcom and Skagit Counties, and to some in Surrey, BC. No place else compares to this for detour, menu selections, or service. There is a multitude of selections on the menu. The serving sizes are more than generous, and our server, Shannon, was wonderful at helping us narrow down our lunch selections, and the degree of “heat” we wished to experience. The meal was far above what we expected, and we are already planning our next visit to experience more of the tempting menu items. My wife is also planning on bringing friends from her women’s group to experience this remarkable adventure.

I reserved my rating for the 2nd time of eating here. I gotta say, as a local foodie and top google reviewer for restaurants here in Whatcom County, “Ginger” is AMAZING! Their Butter Chicken is phenomenal and their Garlic Naan is some of the best naan I’ve had in Whatcom County. Tried the Paneer Pakoda App, WOW! Spectacular! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone in Whatcom County to try Ginger. Top notch Indian cuisine

We ordered several dishes and every one was delicious! The chicken 65 is a favorite of ours, especially after having lived in Chennai, India for 2 years. We also ordered the lamb biryani, dahl makni, afghani chicken, saag paneer, plus garlic and cheese naans. It was all excellent and we will be going back!

On my way to Canada, we recently tried Ginger Fusion & Bar Indian Restaurant and was really impressed. The food was incredibly flavorful without being too heavy, which is a great balance. The menu has a good variety, including non-curry options like pizza and fish. We tried Lamb chop and it was amazing. Butter chicken and garlic naan amazing. Will come back for sure.

The dishes here are packed with classic Indian spices and authentic tastes that keep you coming back for more. Their butter chicken is creamy and perfectly balanced, and the rice pairs beautifully with every curry you try. You won’t be able to stop eating once you take that first bite! And the bar has countless drinks that you will definitely enjoy. The staff is very friendly and professional. Will come soon with my friends again.

I tried Ginger Indian Restaurant recently and honestly really enjoyed. The food was flavorful without being too heavy and everything tasted fresh and well cooked. The spices were balanced not overpowering which I really appreciated. The naan was soft and warm and curry was rich. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming making it nice place to so and enjoy your meal. Also owner is there personally, checking in and making sure everything is good which shows that they really care about their customers! Coming back for my birthday party next week. They offering very big spaces for different parties which can fit 40+ people freely.

Ordered take out from them earlier today and everything was delicious. We had the lamb Biryani, saag paneer with chicken, and garlic naan - would 10/10 recommend all of it. Hands down the best Biryani I’ve ever had. It was super aromatic and flavorful. Can’t wait to be back!

Newly opened this last Friday, we've stopped in Sunday night. The food was fantastic--we ordered the Makhni Wings and Cheese Sticks from the bar menu, Garlic and Cheese Naan to go from the regular menu. Our bartender, Sarah was excellent and kind, she made very good drinks and provided great attentive service. The food itself was superb, I loved the crispiness of the wings with the flavorful curry sauce. I ordered at a spice level 0 and they were very accommodating, and the sauce was SO good that next time I WILL up the spice level--I know it will only add. And the cheese sticks were fresh and stringy, just as they should be. We've yet to dig in to our naan before getting home, the food enjoyed while sitting at the bar was enough for me to start writing a review before leaving. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back. Their menu also featured plentiful more options of curry, pizzas, breads, desserts, and Dosa's. Thank you to the staff! I wish a warm welcome for Lynden's newest restaurant, ya'll make a fine edition to the town!
